Fast people are not a fast company.

The AI-Enabled Organization teaches every team in your company to work with AI, and to hand its work to the next team's AI with zero rework.

A role-by-role program for the 13 functions of a company, self-paced from day one. Each person learns to use AI well, then to automate recurring work with agents, then to hand finished work to the next team in a form its AI can use. Re-reviewed at every major model release, product manuals re-verified quarterly. $99 a seat a year, less at volume. First five working prompts in about 30 minutes.

Pricing

Pick a seat. Add modules if you need them. Or have us run it.

Every seat is priced per person, per year, and the price drops at 11 and 51 seats. There are two kinds of seat: Foundations, with the team module for one function, or All functions, with all 13. Need a few more modules on a Foundations seat? Add them one at a time. Want every team trained by a date, with us in the room? That is the Delivered program. Seats are yours to assign the moment you sign in.

Why most AI rollouts stall

The value leaks at the handoff.

Most companies adopt AI as a personal productivity hack. A few enthusiasts get great results, the company average barely moves, and value leaks at every handoff, because one team's output is a wall of prose the next team rebuilds by hand before its AI can use it. The result: you pay for AI at every desk and still move at the speed of your slowest handoff. A prompt course does not fix that; it trains individuals. A consulting engagement can, and it needs a firm on site to do it. This program fixes the handoff itself: each of 13 functions gets its own module and a contract for what it hands the next team, priced per seat, self-paced from day one, and Caldermont involved only if you want us to be. Six signs it is happening at your company:

AI is adopted as a personal hack

A few enthusiasts get great results; the organization's average barely moves. The tool is rarely the problem.

Value leaks at every handoff

One team's output is a wall of prose the next team must rebuild by hand before their AI can use it.

Every team re-explains the product

The same context is re-typed into AI over and over, inconsistently, instead of shared once.

Outputs don't tell one story

Sales, Marketing and PR describe the same release three different ways. The numbers don't reconcile.

Nobody knows which tool to use

People force every task through one tool, or freeze because no one has said which tool is for what.

Nobody can see the cost

Token spend and licenses grow with adoption, and no one can say which work paid for itself.

What you get

Speed, consistency, leverage and cost control, for the whole company rather than a few enthusiasts.

01

Speed

Every team starts in the same week, so the handoffs between them speed up together instead of one team waiting on the next. In the rollout that means five real prompts in week one, a working agent per team by week four, and a cross-team handoff demoed in week five.

02

Consistency

Sales, Marketing and PR write from the same positioning block, so every team's output reads like one company made it: one brand, one story, numbers that reconcile.

03

Leverage

Build an agent once and the whole team runs it, and a peer gets the same result. One expert's method becomes everyone's baseline.

04

Cost control

The right model for each task, governed and measured, at the lowest token usage that still clears the bar, so you can say which work paid for itself.

05

No lock-in

Vendor-neutral. Tracks 1 to 3 teach habits that work in any frontier assistant; Track 4 has a manual each for Claude, Cursor, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot, so you keep what you already use.

06

Measurable and durable

Three certification levels, earned on real work toward the Certified AI-Enabled Organization credential, make adoption visible; champions, shared projects and onboarding make it stick after week six.

The program

Three tracks, plus the operating manuals for your tools.

Everyone starts with Foundations and their own team module. Leads and champions add the Rollout track. The product manuals are elective, by the tools you actually use.

The program in 3 minutes: the problem, what a seat includes, what it costs, how people grow, and what gets certified. No sound — every word is on screen.

Track 1 · Everyone · about 3.5 hours

Foundations

The shared base every role needs: the mindset shift, how to write a prompt that works, the full Claude feature set, agents, outputs the next team's AI can consume, which tool to use for which job, and the right outcome at the lowest cost.

  • Introduction: why AI, and how we work here
  • How to write a good prompt
  • The full Claude feature set: Projects, Artifacts, Skills, Claude Code, MCP
  • Agents: what they are, when to use one, and the types you can build
  • Interoperable outputs: work the next team's AI can consume
  • The AI tool landscape: choosing the right tool for the job
  • Token and cost efficiency

Track 2 · Role-specific · about 2 hours each

Your team

One module per function. Every module follows the same shape, so anyone can find anything on any team.

Rollout

Everything the people running the program need, so it never depends on us.

  • Facilitator guide: how to run the sessions, labs and office hours
  • Tool deployment and sequencing plan: which teams get which tools first, in prioritized waves
  • Assessment and certification at three levels
  • End-to-end demo packet: one feature followed through all 13 teams

Track 4 · Elective, by stack · about 1 hour each

Your tools

Operating manuals for the products people actually use: what each is good at, when to reach for it, and every feature and command that matters, with exercises.

ClaudeCursorGeminiMicrosoft Copilot

Every team module follows the same seven sections

  1. Where AI moves the needle for this team
  2. The recommended AI tool stack, not just one vendor
  3. Concrete use cases with copy-and-paste prompts
  4. A worked demo: a real prompt and the output it produces
  5. The agents this team should build, and why
  6. The interoperability contract: what this team hands to other teams, in the format their AI expects, and what it takes in
  7. A 30-day ramp from first prompt to running agents

Plus 18 self-graded knowledge checks: one for Foundations, one per team module and one per product manual. Content reviewed August 2026; Foundations modules 2, 5 and 6 are re-reviewed at every major model release, and the product manuals are re-verified quarterly.

How it works

At your own pace, or six weeks together.

Every seat includes the online program, and it is self-paced: modules, product manuals and exams are available from day one, so people can work through them whenever it suits them, in any order their role calls for, with no cohort and no fixed schedule.

Companies that want everyone moving together can run the optional six-week rollout below, with their own leads or with Caldermont running it as the Delivered program. Everyone learns on the same weekly rhythm, on whatever you already use for chat, video and docs, and each week ends with something real: a prompt, a deliverable, an agent, a handoff.

The optional six-week rollout

  1. Week 1

    Kickoff and prompting

Foundations for everyone: the introduction and how to write a good prompt.

Output: everyone has written five real prompts.

  2. Week 2

    The feature set

The Claude feature-set module, plus the first three sections of your team module: where AI moves the needle, the tool stack, and the copy-and-paste prompts.

Output: one branded deliverable per person.

  3. Week 3

    Agents

The agents module, plus the worked demo and the agents your team should build.

Output: each team has scoped one agent to build.

  4. Week 4

    Interoperability

The interoperable-outputs module, and each team builds its agent.

Output: each team has a working agent.

  5. Week 5

    Tools and cost

The tool-landscape and cost modules, plus a Connector lab: two teams hand work to each other, agent to agent.

    Output: one cross-team handoff demoed.

  6. Week 6

    Showcase and certification

Each team demos its best AI outcome.

Output: certification, and champions named per team.

No cohort required. An individual, a single team or a whole company can start the moment their seats are active; the six-week cadence is a rollout plan, not a prerequisite.

Tool provisioning runs on its own track. Before week one, governance and access are set up. Then each team's full tool stack is switched on in impact-ordered waves, so the highest-leverage teams produce value first. Product manuals are self-serve and land when a team's tools do.

How people grow

Operator, Builder, Connector.

Everyone progresses through the same three levels regardless of team, toward the Certified AI-Enabled Organization credential. Each level is earned with real work, not a quiz alone: a branded deliverable, a running agent a peer can reuse, and a handoff another team's agent consumes with zero rework.

1

Operator

Uses AI well, solo. Writes strong prompts, uses Projects and Artifacts, and produces a branded deliverable from a template at the lowest token cost.

2

Builder

Automates a recurring task. Builds and runs a custom agent or skill for a real workflow, and a peer can run it and get the same result.

3

Connector

Makes work flow between teams. Produces output another team's agent consumes with zero rework, and consumes theirs. This is the goal.

An organization full of Operators is faster individually. An organization full of Connectors is faster together.

What it looks like when it works

One feature. Thirteen teams. Zero meetings.

The program's demo packet follows one feature from a rough idea to a complete release packet: everything a launch needs from every function. Each team's AI consumes the previous team's output directly, with no meeting to translate it.

  1. Product management runs the PRD skill (a reusable prompt that writes the requirements document): a PRD plus a positioning block, the single source of truth.
  2. Engineering's agent turns the PRD into tickets, an API specification and a runbook, in your tracker, in your format.
  3. Sales, Marketing and PR produce the one-pager, the competitive matrix and the PRFAQ, all from the same positioning block, verbatim.
  4. Finance builds a live three-year model; InfoSec and Legal verify the security and compliance claims.
  5. Data Science writes the KPI, instrumentation and pipeline specs in the shared metric vocabulary.
  6. Support ships guides and playbooks, and structured issue data flows back to product management. The loop closes.

Why Caldermont

Built by someone who has run the functions it teaches, not just described them.

The AI-Enabled Organization is the method Caldermont uses inside client companies, packaged so it runs without us. It is built on the Cross-Functional Product Process: every team's deliverable has a defined format, a naming convention and a stated consumer, so your Sales team's output is something your Marketing team's AI can use without rework, and thirteen teams end up with one pipeline instead of thirteen disconnected habits.

The program is led by Robert (Bob) Joseph Shaker II, who has spent more than 30 years building, scaling and transforming cybersecurity and software businesses, including four private-equity-backed businesses scaled from $10M to more than $500M. The modules are written from that seat.

It is vendor-neutral by design. Tracks 1 to 3 teach habits that outlast any product; the Track 4 manuals cover the specific tools your teams have, and are re-verified quarterly.

How you can take it

  • Self-serve online: every module and exam in the browser, at your pace
  • Delivered program: Caldermont runs the six-week cadence with your champions
  • Embedded leadership: a fractional CPO or CTO leads your rollout from the seat

What ships with a seat

  • The online program with progress tracking and self-graded exams
  • The printable pack: every module as a branded Word document, plus the executive overview deck
  • Updates as the curriculum is re-reviewed

Questions

Frequently asked.

Who is this for?

Every function in a company, technical and non-technical. Eleven of the thirteen team modules need no code, so Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, Legal, People and Strategy all have a clear path in. Engineering and Data Science get a deeper technical on-ramp, including Claude Code, sub-agents, MCP and the Agent SDK.

Do we need a particular AI tool?

No. The program is vendor-neutral: Tracks 1 to 3 teach habits that work with any frontier assistant, and the tool-landscape module shows how to pick the right tool for each job. One Foundations module walks through the Claude feature set as the worked example. Track 4 adds operating manuals for Claude, Cursor, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot; take the ones for the tools you have. The rollout track sequences whatever you license, in waves.

How much time does it take?

The first win takes about 30 minutes: five working prompts. Foundations is about 3.5 hours, a team module about 2 hours plus a 30-day ramp of real work, and a product manual about an hour; about a day per person end to end, self-paced, with nobody waiting for a cohort. Companies that choose the optional rollout go from kickoff to certification in six weeks, at roughly one to two hours a week per person.

How is it delivered?

Online, in the browser: every module as a web page with progress tracking, and every exam as a self-graded quiz. Every seat also ships with the printable pack: each module as a branded Word document, plus the executive overview deck. Leads and champions on the Delivered program get the Rollout track, with the facilitator guide and the tool deployment plan. On that plan Caldermont is in the room: we run the six-week cadence, the labs and the office hours. A fractional CPO or CTO leading the rollout from the seat is scoped the same way.

What does a Foundations seat include?

All seven Foundations modules, the four product manuals, one team module of the learner's choice, and the exams for each, with progress tracking and the printable pack. Need more functions on a seat? Add team modules one at a time at the same tier as your seats, or take All functions, which has all 13 with their exams and costs less once one person needs more than eight extra modules. The table above has every price. The Delivered program covers every track and module for every seat, including the Rollout track, and is quoted per engagement.

How do exams and certification work?

There are 18 knowledge checks: one for Foundations, one per team module and one per product manual. Online they grade themselves and show the model answers afterward, so learners can find their gaps. Certification is separate and artifact-based: Operator, Builder and Connector are earned by producing real work (a branded deliverable, a runnable agent, a cross-team handoff with zero rework), toward the Certified AI-Enabled Organization credential, with the facilitator administering the certification exam in week six of a rollout. Cost awareness is expected at every level.

Can Caldermont run the rollout for us?

Yes. Three ways to run it: self-serve, where your own leads run it with the Rollout track; the Delivered program, where we run the six-week cadence, the labs and office hours with your champions; or embedded leadership, where a fractional CPO or CTO leads the rollout from the seat. The Delivered program is the fourth card in the pricing above; embedded leadership is scoped the same way.

What happens to our data?

Nothing your teams produce in the program flows through Caldermont: prompts, documents and outputs stay inside your own AI tools, under those vendors' terms. Learner progress and exam scores are saved in the learner's browser until the authenticated portal launches. Registration details are covered by our privacy policy.

Is the content current?

The model-specific content was last reviewed in August 2026, and Foundations 2, 5 and 6 are re-reviewed at every major model release. Track 4 is the most perishable content in the program, so each manual carries a verification date and is re-verified quarterly. Updates ship to the online program.

How do we get started?

Up to 200 seats: buy seats above. Once you sign in, you assign the seats to your people yourself. Company-wide, more than 200 seats, or a rollout on a date: tell us your team size and which functions come first, and we come back with pricing and a rollout plan, with the Delivered program if you want us in the room.

Get started

Start one team today, or every team in six weeks.

Buy seats above and assign them the moment you sign in: Foundations plus the first team's module, self-paced from day one. When that team has its working agent, name your champions, pick a real pilot feature, and ship the next release packet with every function's part in it. For a company-wide rollout on a date, tell us your team size and which functions come first, and we come back with a plan.
